Shipping policy

Local Delivery in Singapore Only

• Delivery will be arranged upon receipt of order payment.
• Only one delivery address is allowed per order.
• Delivery is FREE for purchases ABOVE $40.
• Local courier service: 2 - 3 working days
• In-house delivery service: 3 - 5 working days
• Please ensure that someone is ready to receive your delivery at the scheduled and confirmed delivery time.
• Any rescheduling of delivery due to recipient not being present for receiving of item(s) on the scheduled delivery time, is subjected to a re-delivery charge of S$50.
• While care and effort will be taken to ensure that all products sold are in good condition, customers are encouraged to inspect all goods upon delivery. Should there be any defects, it should be made known to the Company immediately.
• For orders below S$40, local courier service will be engaged.
• Delivery time and rates are subject to change.
